*sigh* Now another problem, I can't get nitro to pass to the engine
I took most of the car apart, and right now I'm waiting for a spur gear, but I decided I'd try to tune the engine a bit so the clutch doesn't engage when I turn it on but now I can't get nitro to go to the engine. Before, I would cover the end of the pipe with my finger and pull on the cord, but now that I do that it doesn't work, any ideas?

Do not start the engine when it doesn't have any load on it. You will just end up stretching/breaking the connecting rod. Bad bad, bad bad BAD! [:'(]

1-clodded needle valve
2-dirt in fuel filter
3-clogged nipple on exhaust pipe
If the fuel lines are conected corectly you must have some blockage somewhere.
Work you way backwards starting at the Carb nipple, disconnect the fuel line at the carb and see if fuel passes through the line. then move to the fuel filter, etc.
It only takes a very small piece of crud to clog the needle.
Yea, Don't run the engine without the spur on the car, it could get ugly

Ok this is what what I did. I tipped my tank on its side and I put the fuel line in a straight a line as possible and fuel passed through the tube. Now there is a line of fuel from the tubbing to the tip. I connected this fuel to the carb and unplugged it from the tank. Then I squeezed the fuel in the fuel line with my finger to see if it would go down, and with some squeezing, I could get some of it to go down. I also checked the nipple on the exhaust pipe and it wasn't clogged. I did notice one thing though. On my engine, there is a piece of metal that connects to the back, that metal then connects to a piece of clear plastic, which in turn connects to the exhaust pipe. On one part of that piece of plastic, I noticed that the fuel I had passed to the carb leaked out. It came a little lose when I was cleaning it, so I'm guessing there is an air leak in there somewhere now, could that be causing the problem? Also the nipple on the exahaust pipe isn't air tight, its pretty loose, but it's always been like that so I don't know if that could contribute to the problem.

What car are we talking about?
Can you post a picture of the clear plastic part you're talking about?
That nipple on the pipe should be tight and sealed, as well as the fuel lines, you can loose tank pressure there for sure.
Air being thinner that fuel, any air leak will vent pressure easily. Every little bit counts.

I'll see if I can post a picture. My brother has a digital camera but I think he lost the charger or something, I'll try and check it out. Also, we are talking about an Ofna Ultra Worlds GT model. I couldn't find a nearby hobby shop yesterday, but today I did another search and found a whole bunch, one of them is really close to where I live and has the spur gear I'm looking for so I'm gonna go get that right now, thanks for all help too.

Cool you found a pic =) I got some jb weld to hold the nipple down and I also got some strip ties to tighten up that plastic holder thing. Never had the strip ties but I didn't have problems before I took it apart so hopefully this will solve things.
