when you click new post or reply there is an upload images link under the post text area. click it and you will be able to select your images and upload them.
the quick reply which is at the end of every thread does not have this option. you must click the persons post you are replying to or the full Post reply button to see this option

Ya, I've been able to upload the images via that link, but then it just says like "upload OK" and doesn't give me an option to use the pics I've just upped. Am I missing something here??
