Can a stock Savage 21 pull wheelies from a dead stop on a flat surface?

I'd have to say no. I used to have the 21BB in mine with a 14t Pinion. 52t spur. and it wouldn't. Hoping it will now that I am putting in a 25SS

I have one and it does not, My friend has the 25 and it does. I am just making sure there is nothing wrong with mine, thanks for the reply.
