many thanks for your replay! the reason for my concern is the change of the color after mixing the kero with this oil. normaly the kero turns into orange or yellow but now it looks like cola. this was caused by the additives in this oil. hopefully those additives will burn out and do not leave anything in the turbine.

Hi Bruno,
Yes the whole thing turns to Cola but it does work out ok. If I remember well, when I checked the Mobil site it was stated that the 254 was one of the "cleanest" oils around which would not leave much residue behind.
As with all such oils just take the normal precautions in not running the engine in enclosed spaces since, as I understand, these type of oils are not that health friendly either.
Most (should I say all?) turbine oils are good as they reach the required specifications.
