Default newbie with some questions

i recently purchased a used .15 t-maxx off of ebay, and have a couple of questions.

1. is the pan the same for both the .15 and the 2.5?
i ask this because of the .21 conversions i have seen.

2. whats the largest motor i can put in a .15 platform without having to buy this conversion?

3. it has a bunch of hop-ups on it. all of the a-arms, bulkheads, and shock towers are
rpm. did rpm make these parts for both models? i know the 2.5 a-arms are wider than
the original .15s, but i did not receive the originals, so i have nothing to compare to.

1. Sorry never heard of word "pan" do you mean the chassis? if yes, then i'm not sure.

2. Today there is a Picco .21 that will directly fit, but then you have to modify the drive train including tranny. Or you can go with a .18 engine.
