RE: Antenna routing/mounting
You really don't want any loose wires hanging around for your rotors to grab. On my HB, I took a small piece of carbon fiber from a crash kit, about 3.5" long. I put it in the hole where the "boom supports" go. ( Not that they really DO anything) I wrapped my antenna around and around the stick and taped it in place. I took some heat shrink wrapping and CAREFULLY heated it until it shrunk around the antenna holding it in place. I finished off with an antenna cap from an RC car and it looks, and works awsome!!
I'm gonna get the Jet Ranger fuse. for my HB, when I do all I have to do is drill out that same hole so it goes on both sides and reverse the procedure so it just sits along side the frame as apposed to sticking out the back.
Have fun!!!

The antenna on my AeroHawk is wrapped back and forth from the front left undercarriage strut to the rear left strut. It was like that out of the box and I haven't bothered changing it since it's working fine.

RE: Antenna routing/mounting
Hi
My antenna is now in version 2.
Version 1:
Use 2 pieces of Johnson and Johnson cutton buds (U know.. your sister, mother or wife may have use it for make-up) and cut it out to form a flexible tubing. Join then together and heat glue it at he landing skids. Then the antenna wire just goes into it.
Version 2:
Purchase a Rubber Duck Antenna (Those flexible antenna used in Walkie Talkie or CV Radio) from a junk shop (Singapore Dollar S$2.50). Strip off all then unnecessary rubber and metal screw. Heat Shrink the exposed flexible antenna. Cut antenna wire to desired length and soldered to the flexible antenna. Heat Glue at one of the landing skids. (Similar to techcoast but pointed to the front.. something like those SeaHawk helicopter)
