Hurricane Fans=Bad Business
Just a heads up to anyone out there looking into purchasing one of these off his web page. I did last April, I have never received the fan or my money back. Hurricane jets will not return my emails or phone calls. This is money not well spent.

I ordered one last year. It took lots of emails, but I finally got one for my ByroJet.
Just keep bugging them. I'm guessing business is off with the advent of turbines so the owner is doing it more as a hobby instead of an actual business. If I ever break a blade on mine, I'll probably be SOL on customer service.
