Default DA 50 VS BME 50 VIBRATION

I've run both the DA 50 and the BME 50. I think the DA has a little more performance but the BME runs smoother. I've been having problems with potentiometers going bad in my Hitec servos and Hitec pretty much said the bad pots could be directly related to vibration. I use the old let me hold the plane with one hand on the wing and the other on the fuse while the RPM's are increased and feel how much vibration there is throughout the throttle range. Other than that, is there any mechanism that would allow me to measure the vibration and frequency through the fuse of an airplane? Contrary to different beliefs regarding the balancing of props on a large single cylinder engine, I always balance my props and spinners. Any thoughts or ideas?
