H9 CESSNA 182 ARF...BEST ENGINE CHOICE
Okay boys,
Here is your chance to voice your opinions, not that anyone does that on these forums. What is the best GASOLINE engine choice for the H9 Cessna 182 ARF. Based on the results I receive here will determine my choice of engine for this plane. Look at it this way, if you were putting one of these planes in the air using a gasoline engine, what would be your first choice?
This ought to be interesting to see the "claws" come out in this post!

I'm putting a Zenoah G-38 in mine. I researched the posts here on RCU-do a search here, there are a lot of good building tips and engine opinions. The Zenoah is reliable and heavy but I'm not planning on trying 3-D with this airplane anyway.

First Place 2.4. Flew my friends cessna with this engine and an 18X3 3 blade. Flew beatifly, looks pretty cool sitting on the flight line too.

Forgot to add that this motor is lighter than a Zenoah. Probably overkill but you just can not beat the 18 inch 3 blade prop.
