Default Aerohawk tail motor replacement

Hi, can anyone tell me whether I can use a hummingbird tail motor to replace the aerohawk one? I think mine is on its wayout and need an easy replacement.

Cheers

I bought a hummingbird tail motor to replace my aerohawk one as mine is now starting to loose power, used to be ok, but now I'm on max mixer gain with max trim and still need to give it a bit more power to stop tail yaw , but the hummingbird motor pinion is much shorter! can anyone advise how I can use this motor? or would be easier to take it back?

Cheers

just swap over the pinions, best done with a puller but if you dont have one like I dont then you probably have to wreck the old motor in order to get it off.

Good luck
