Default Smell the Kerosene, thanks!

Yesterday I received my first turbine: a used SimJet 3000 I picked up in the RCU Marketplace from "turbine guy." When I lifted the lid on the box and pulled away the top layer of protective styrofoam, what should hit me in the face but the wonderful smell of jet fuel!

Life is good!

In a related note, the RCU Marketplace has been a Godsend. Not only was I able to unload all the gear I needed to sell in order to afford the turbine, I found the turbine there too. All but one of the transactions have gone off without a hitch. I can't imagine trying to do this in the days before the www. THANKS RCU!!!

Now to get this puppy up and running in the Eurosport...

Default RE: Smell the Kerosene, thanks!

Welcome to the club. I find myself sniffing the tailpipe occasionally when no one is looking...
