Default Brison 3.2 probblems

I have a Brand new 3.2 brison In my 330 DP plane. I ran a tank of fuel through it ,and it ran very well.
The next day I went to start it up, and it would not keep running with out the choke on. It seems like it's not getting fuel.
Any help would be great . Thanks

Check all of your plumbing. Verify that none of your lines are pinched, and that your tank is vented.

Check the screen under carb cover on the pump side (single retaining screw). May have picked up some trash from a new tank. If the screen gets clogged motor will be hard to start and run erratic.

You may want to clean the screen in the carb and blow out the jets with carb cleaner. I would also recommend you install an inline filter before the carb nipple.

Thanks everybody. I had a look at the carb screen, and it was plugged right up. [X(]This was just from running one tank of fuel. I will invest in a fuel line filter, before running it again. Thanks again to everybody.

What type of in-line filter are you referring to and where do you buy one ?

I use the slimline filters. The ones that are transparent and has two screens in them. What I have done in the past is hold it up to a new one and over time you will see that the screen gets darker. I don't know if it is a reaction to the fuel, oil, or dirt. but when my engine runs rough, I just replace it.

You can also run a felt filter clunk in the tank. Just like all the weedwackers use. And you can put an inline filter on your fuel can.

If oyu use only a tank filter, then you need to run a three line system to make sure your fuel is always filtered.
