It would be ok for low speeds, but to be honest you would end up rolling the truck if you did 4 wheel steering at speed.

I thought about the usefulness of this. I would have very little to no application for it so I kind of trailed off. There is room on the back for a servo and the linkage could be made from odds and ends shopping on Tower or the like. Use one of those cables that splits up RX servo output to two connectors, which is more popular in planes to tie the front output to the rear also. Thats about where my thoughts stop. If you arent using the 3rd channel for reverse you could make a switch to enable/disable the rear steering with it, just make sure the rear is centered properly before you turn it off (and center the fron before you engage of course).....

You want to rock crawl with a savage?

The savage is desighned for speed and is not very good at low speed

But its suspension travel makes it much more ideal than say, a TMaxxxxxx. I dunno, I have to disagree here, I have seen lots of vidz of Savages crawling.

But you would only use about 1/3 of the engine RPM, why not spend the money on something that is deighned for rock crawling.

Well while I don't disagree, if you already have the Savage at the point in which you become interested....

i know what, get like a weed eater engine, that would have low rpm's and high torque. just you would have to customize everything for it to work.
