Krayzc, how long did it take from order date? Did you get the LS? I'm still on the fence, but from what I've read, I'm ready to fall. Good luck with it and keep us posted. Joe

Is it the LS your waiting on? I like the looks of that one. I've seen some of your stuff on different posts, now that I see all your gear in parts bags, I must admit that I like your style. Joe

Sunday Morning! LOL! I did an Ultra stick lite recently with a G26 on it. Opened the box Sat morning and was charging by dinner time! I think I'll take a bit more time with the WH. It sure looks like it will be a nice plane. I agree, Wild Hare is really doing things right. Yak? What Yak? do I need one????????

JoeAirPort- the hanger is full I think 9 aircraft so no more for me unless I give N to a Yak from Key Key or Extreme

H. Wayne S - I gave Lee Girlfriend my Edge that is pictured by my name on the left to make room for this WH Extra, keeping all the electronics and motor is going to help me put this Extra in the air pretty quick as I now prefer an Extra over an Edge. The edge was very good to me 350+ flights.

stomper my Hype came in on Thursday and it just so happen Lee called me on Wed. night. I told him how excited I was to finally be getting the Hype as I let the euro run that plane up higher than really wanted to pay for it but then I can't take $$ with me if I did tomorrow so I bought it. He informed me that the 72 was barely enough to enjoy the pull out of a T-roll and did I have a 91. I informed him I had just put a OS-91 in a Kangke fun 50 and all I had was an OS-70. He told me the Hype was bigger and would come out heavier than my 5 lbs 5 oz kangke. So this not put me behind as Thursday I pulled the OS-91 off the kangke and installed the OS-70, finally finished and then the Hype 3d arrives. I have to install the ailerons horns and linkage on the Hype and put in a small 6-8 oz gas tank so that I can get it close to the CG. I will most likely use one of my many wreaked Thunder Tiger fun flies those heavy piece of works. So now I have to test fly the Kangke again, test fly the Hype, put that WH Extra together, test fly the Ultimate as I have made some adjustments to that beast and complete some college work by Sunday night. So what am I doing on this forum oops I have to go

Gerald,
Your gonnna have so much fun with that plane!!!!! Man, that looks nice., That is the colors I like too. I just don't care for the top of the wing swoosh look but have thought if I got one I'd just change it. That is a lot of plane for the money. You got a brison for that?

Joe !~)

Krayzc, hello again. Ive read nothing but good about WildHare and there products along with exceptional support. After seeing your fleet and now knowing of your experience with larger gas planes, I would like to do something if I may. I would like to use you as a "mark", thereby eliminating all the "first big gasser reviews" that are accompanied by the excitement and zeal of a first time, large plane owner. Not wanting to go through a bunch of planes until I find the right one. I, along with many others, would appreciate any comments you have on this product after you fly it. Knowing your evaluation will be from that of experience in this field. Thanks in advance, Joe

PS. comments from other seasoned large scale flyers would be great.

well working around the cowl issue. I started gluing in one side of my hinges. For those glueing this kit together be advised that the elevator and rudder holes r drilled very deep. They are about double the depth of the hinge. I normally wick 2-4 applications of Epoxy in the hole to slowly let it sink into the foam over a 3-5 minute period. I used a long piece of 6/32 rod to find out the hole was very deep, the ailerons don't suffer from this. Then after I install the hinge I turn the part upside down on the hinge in case its still liquid enough to run back all over the knuckles of the hinges.....

A trial fit of the wings and stab. The wing tube is nice and snug so snug I may take some auto polish and buff up the tube for a little bit smoother take apart deal. Its nothing bad w/o the wax. The stab was just right, all the parts fitted together very well.

JoeAirPort
here is the action figure he had cancer so I had to amputate his legs

Goekeli
I am using a Brison 3.2 swinging a 22 x 8 bambula on the WH. I pulled the motor off the AW Edge with 1200 square inches compared to this 1350+ on the WH......

cumn thru
I will let all know all the things I find out as I have bought kits off what I've read here. this that caught my eyes were knife edge great no pull or rolling only to find out they mean to say a slight pitch and yes it rolls I just correct it as I fly. "perfect up lines" only to find out they meant yeah it could use a little bit more Right or Left Thrust. "Balanced great" only to find out they meant better than most of the kits I put together this one only needed ? oz to balance. no wing rock which again mean not as bad as some kits that I have had or seen. Snaps perfect only to find out if you time the extra rotation and then get off the sticks it will stop were you want it every time. only a slight push needed to fly inverted with the recommended CG only to find out about 1/4 to 3/8 of the stick movement to maintain inverted flight. will practically Torque roll itself, which meant it will do 1/4 to 1/2 turn on its own if you stay on the rudder. Great at 3d which mean o yeah I forgot I had to add ? oz to get the desired effect. well those are just some of the things that have swung me on this site....
