Which bulk should i buy i know that the 6061s are already indestructible enough by the reviews it got and just take a look at the beefyness i think that the 6061s are already good enough and not gonna break.. the only way i think the 6061s are gonna break is 1. If a train runs it over 2. It goes into a metal shredder 3. It melts some how..........

6061 because if its strong enough for some chassis it should be strong enough for this[8D]

great assembly makes front and rear bulkheads out of 7075 airforce alloy they are really good

lets us remember our mechanics of material class (oh right not all of us are mechanical engineers ) for aluminum the "stronger" the alloy the more britle the material. the 6061 is plenty strong and if it takes THAT hard of a hit will more likely bend than fracture (as the case is with 7075) True the 7075 my have a higher tensile strenght but when it "fails" it will fracture and break as opposed to the slightly "softer" alloy which will yeild and bend meaning you might be able to take it apart and bend it back and continue your day of bashing.

inother words i would rather bend my AL (so i could bend it back) than have it just fracture and break in half.

If it bends it is just as good as if it broke in to a 1000 pieces! 7075! If 6061 were good enough then they would not have made 7075!
