Default Where Are Some Good Tracks Hobby Shops in Houston

Hey,
I can't find any good tracks in Houston at least on the West Side. Same for Hobby Shops. The only one close to me is Larry's. It is definitely a good hobby shop but when they are out of something it would be good to know where another one is that has substantial stock. I am also tired of racing at the same old track. If any of yall guys are locals let me know where yall race and go. I live in The Woodlands.

Thanks

I gotta second the M&M Hobbies, very good shop w/ decent pricing and they also have two good tracks for off-road and on-road. And they have parts for most cars so you can replace anything you break very fast.

M&M Hobby Online: http://www.mmhobby.com

They have their track information on the site as well as online ordering.

Another Hobby Shop is in Sugar Land, called RC Hobby Shop (odd huh?) Can't Recall the exact phone # or address. Gonna post that when I get back home in a day or two.

Kingsway RC Hobby
10236 Westheimer Rd # B, Houston, TX 77042
Phone: (713) 266-7750

My $.02 for now. Threre are a lot more hobby shops around, just some I don't know about yet.

I live in the Woodlands so the trek downtown doesn't really work. I'm not sayin that I don't go down there though. We usually make a trip down there once a month. I guess i am looking for some shops on the West Side of Houston or in the Spring and Conroe area. Larry's is a good LHS but it just doesn't have a track. M&M is a good shop and track, it just is not very local. Thanks for yalls help and keep the suggestions coming. Hope to see yall at the track!

Thanks

Just Hobbies Got robbed of their complete stock about a month ago. They have not opened since. Besides, they didn't have much and most of their stuff was off brand. They were just there to sell you something. They weren't very helpful like Larry's. Their track was alright but not great. The place their store was is now up for lease. Thanks! Keep the suggestions comin!

Thanks

In an old house? I know and I have been there also. I just called them and they are indeed open. My mistake! But they did get broken in and right after that I saw a For Rent sign. Sorry! In any event they just don't seem to have the stuff I need. Their track is O.K. but not as good as M&M's. Thanks! If you find out about any more let me know!

Thanks

i would like to know this as well.

right now i live in huntington beach california but plan to move in about 1 month to spring, texas.

i need to find some local tracks as well as hobby stores worth a damn to blow my cash at.

i assume there will be many, many places to just bash in comparison to the land of concrete out here in california.

thanks and hope there are some others in that area on here.
