Yes, I have one. Two problems:
It has some sort of fault that causes one of the rotors to rev up and down on its own randomly sometimes which causes it to spin around in the air (probably a gyro circutry problem) but worst of all I can't find ANY PARTS, anywhere!!! And, believe me, when you're learning to fly a helicopter, you need a supply of new parts!
There's so much epoxy glue on mine now that it has trouble lifting itself off the deck! [&:]
I'd wait for awhile, at least before getting one of these. I think they're new on the market.
By the way, I got mine in my hands in New Zealand for $275 NZ. I'll leave the conversion to you.
