Stop using Master Airscrew props and buy a couple of Menz or 3w props.

And remember that you have a 42cc engine and not a 50.

I had the exact some problem some time ago.
My 0.02 cents on this matter;
If the engine is new you have to be patient as the 3W take a long time to be up to maximum power, and it will take a couple of gallons.
Use a decent quality prop, 3W, Menz, Mezjlik, I found the 3W to load the engine more but they pull much harder.
I use it on a Sukoi and I found the 3W 22X8 to work very well with lots of thrust, but you can probably use a 20X10 on the hurricane.
Has epc says at the end of the day its only a 42cc not a 50cc.
Rpm Readings:
3W 22X8 @ 6350 rpm
3W 20X10 @ 6700 rpm
Menz Ultra 20x10 @ 7200 rpm
