Default Brison 3.2 shaking bad !!!

Hi All.
I have a Brison 3.2 with about 2.5 gallons thru it. Lately it's started shaking quite a bit.
The Ailerons & elevator halves shake real bad at idle and even at half throttle. Plane is a 16 lbs Lanier CAP-232.

It's so bad that, when the plane is in the air, it seems like a radio glitch (It's not radio glitch, I have range checked many times with the engine running).

And yes, I have a balanced prop and have even tried different props but the airframe still shakes crazy...

Any ideas or suggestions ?

Thanks.

You may have done this already but they will shake bad if the carb. is not properly set.Perhaps it's breaking in and needs to be leaned out a little.

Also, check your firewall. I had a BME 50 do that to me, and I found that my firewall was loose.

Had the same problem. I had to lean it quite a bit and it ran much smoother. After it breaks in, lean it out until you hear it sag when increasing the throttle, then open the low needle slightly. Check the high end to make sure it is not too lean,

Check the obvious, but usually overlooked...firewall and engine mounting bolts. Good luck!

Lean out the idle setting. It will shake less.
Make sure that the mid range is good

Firewall and engine mounting are solid...

I will check if the engine is running rich.

Thanks for all your help.
