My UFO Wheels from Hot Bodies are starting to loose its look with all the dirt and dust on it, so other than water, what can you use to clean it up and polish it real nice? Would windex remove the chrome finish of the wheels, or would it help polish them up?

Use something like Simple Green or 409 household cleaners. Have you tried using a nitro cleaner... I'd try that first.
