Trouble landing Jabo 2 micro heli
I've been outside on two nice calm evenings, taken off, done a few circuits with my jabo 2, but everytime i start to close the throttle very gradually, the nose flares up no matter how far i try to pitch it down, and unless i notch up the throttle again it wont pitch forward, even with full pitch down trim.
I have tried accelerating towards the ground and gradually reducing throttle to see if i can keep the nose from comming up, but it still does it.
With the heli on the ground and the maximum pitch down trim, the blades are definateley pitching down!!
Can anyone help please? I love flying it but cant get the darn thing down!!
Is this an effect of fixed pitch blades?

RE: Trouble landing Jabo 2 micro heli
Yes, its a result of the blade speed being slow and the blades being flexible. You can cure it by fitting a head stiffener and higher head speed blades.
Do a search on this forum for head speed and you will find more info.
