RE: got my new LRP Z.28R
Hi Neil,
I have the LRP .28 engine in my savage with hotbodies extension sides(2.5cm).
The motor is up to 12 tanks now and the power is totally wicked.
I have tried alot of plugs and the Model technics F4 seems to work best, very little build up, so you will have a quick take off even after 15 second idling when dialed in correctly.
Pipewise the HPI aluminum pipe(not the ribbed one), is very good, I have tried hotbodies, standard, HPI ribbed and the HPI normal aluminum pipe.
plz tell me how you are getting along with the engine.

RE: got my new LRP Z.28R
hi, i took my truck out today for a short while before it started raining and its a real hand full even with 18/49 gearing it stands on demand, i think i am gonna need a new pipe to let it breathe properly though as the team magic tuned pipe thats on there at the min seems like its strangling the engine a bit, thanks for the tip on the plugs, ill pick up a few next time im at my LHS
