Default CA Models Extra 300L

I'm thinking about buying a CA Models 24% Extra 300L from Aeroworks, http://www.aero-works.net/store/detail.aspx?ID=192
what would be a good engine combination for this plane?, I was thinking about a Moki 1.35, I fly at 5000ft plus.

It depends of you needs? I am using an MVVS1.6 with Bisson Pitt muffler on mine to fly IMAC Sportman class. I can hover the plane at full throtle with Menz 17x8, 17x10.
Weight=12lbs
You will need a strong glow engine (OS160FX or Saito 180) for 3D flying but i would not recommend it. They are so many good 3 planes on the market while the 24% Extra300 is more IMAC plane.

That plane is very very tail heavy. I have installed the elevator servo (one) just beside the rudder servo in the fuse. So, a gas engine with a MK bellcrank balance the CG right on the wing tube, as recommended.
Another RCU member put a Saito 180 in the nose 2 elevator servos in the tails and it was tail heavy.

Read that post for complete story and pics...

I have the purple one. I bought it second hand, actually I traded for it. It's a great looking plane...I'm looking forward to getting it in the air.
