i just bought a new savage 25 and it came with 2 tiny gears. One is for offroad and the other is for onroad. But which one is already installed when you get the truck?

the "off road" or the 15 tooth is installed stock... the 18 tooth gives you more top end but the low-end takes a hit; it's a tradeoff.

I've ran the 15t cb and the 49t spur for awhile and like it for all around off road. I still have the stock S25 with a HB aluminum pipe, and motor saver air filter that combo seems to work well. Just my thoughts though..... [8D]
