traxxas support is awesome.. i sent my revo in to get a problem fixed... well it was fixed free of charge which was 75$ and they overnighted it to me they said they were going to send it fri and i just got it... i dont know if all companies do that but man was it awesome now i can re-break it in tomarrow lol

ya thats good how they take care of their customers. But the thing is the revo is having alot of problems or was. i think that traxxas should have tested their product alittle more or something went bad.

true but it wasnt their fault what happened to me.. i wore out my piston sleeve.. i figure by overheating the engine... i dont have a temp gun so i dont know... there is still alot of revos that never have had a prob. hopefully i wont after i break it in today..

Good to hear that Traxxas has good customer support. I've got to call them monday to see what they are gonna do about my differential. Looks like I got one out of the bad batch. To bad they are closed on the weekends. All weekend w/o my Revo, I barely survived!
