Misplaced wing tube
In a recent move I seem to have misplaced my wing tube for a 28% extra 300.....can I replace the tube from some stock at the local hardware store, or should I buy a replacement from you......thanks wc

If it is the same or similar tube as the Edge I would buy a lighter one.. It has got to be one of the heavier component on the plane besides the gear..

Well to continue the story of my misplaced wing tube...I had purchased a used Extra Special, I'm third owner, and was getting it flight ready when I had to move and lost the wing tube. I recently purchased a salvaged set of wings and elevators from a 28% WH Edge, just to get the wing tube, well guess what?.....LO...the wings and elevators seem to be a perfect fit for the Extra fuselage.........I haven't actually tried to attach them, but it would make sense if they did fit.........how cool is that.......WC
