Horizon product support
recently bought a 1/3 sukhoi.......arrived - had very small crack on edge of canopy...called horizon...- they didnt ask me where i got it...didnt ask me for a copy of my receipt......all they asked me for was my address so they could send a replacement right away......now that is good service!.....other manufactures should take note

I had similar good service from TowerHobbies. I had a Sea Fury cowl crunched in shipping. They offered to fedex a replacement, which I declined as it isn't needed until late in the build. I didn't even need to send my crunched one in...
Couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

I too would like to add my 2 cents worth about Horizon Hobby's customer service. I have been on the phone with them several times and they have been nothing but helpful. I couldn't make up my mind about a JR radio system that I ordered, so they sent everything and had me return the stuff I didn't want. Pretty unbelievable! Now, if you have something good to say, you possible should let Horizon know as most people never bother to give compliments just complaints. They should know what a great service they provide for us modelers.
