Try some red Locktite on clean threads , run a tap in the holes.
Just one of many application charts: http://www.humvee.net/hid/misc/locktite.html
Heat will soften and allow removal.

Slimline recommends no gasket, use Permatex Ultra Copper silicone..If you don't have 10-32 allen bolts and square nuts you might try those..If you still have the stock square head bolts you could cut to length and thread, 5mm x .8, and use the locking nuts that came with the G62....The new Slimline mufflers also come with a flat plate across both bolts to help spread out the load and not deform the muffler...

Since loosing parts is expensive and also shuts down the day’s flying I safety wire mufflers to the engine mount or something else unlikely to come off. Others at the field seem to reject the idea probably because it doesn’t look cool. Any wire will hold long enough to land. For glow engines I make a thin strap with a hole to go under the pressure fitting and a hole to attach the safety wire.
Haven’t lost a muffler in years.

RE: Muffler keeps coming off
Try teflon tape on bolts treads, has worked well for me.
If that doesn't do the trick, drill holes in bolt heads and safety wire them like full scale.
