Hi Alex, the selection on the turbine depends on how much you would like to expend and how much thrust you want, what model jet you have in mind?

dobrae utra Alex

i will suggest you to buy JetCat. i have 3 of them (P-80, P-120 and P160) and they run without problems and the service is very good in Germany.

My preference will go to a P-160 [>:], ok is expensive [], but you get a lot of power, and quite an immediate response to throttle changes.
And if you don't need 16 kg of thrust, just reduce the maximal RPm and you get less....

There are lots of turbines manufactured in Europe, so service and availablitly should be great for you...some of the names that come to mind (in no paticular order..) Artes, SimJet, JetCat, AMT, Wren..there are probably more, but that will get you started on your research. If you extend your search offshore (for you) there is (again in no particular order..) PST, TJT, FTE, and BMT...again there are no doubt some that I missed...

Hi Alex, you can´t choose a turbine based only on the model´s wingspan, do you have a pic of the model with his specs? are you designing it?

swissflyer,
You have said " dobrae utra Alex "
You know Russian?
You speak JetCat 160, yes, it is power!
But the Large airplane is necessary for this turbine! As I yet did not have turbines, I shall begin with simple.
But I think with support of the specialists! (I have in view of - you and other people which one perceive in turbines.
But I do not know from what to begin??? To operate{*control*} airplanes and helicopters I know how well, I trained the people to operate{*control*} models R/C.
That is, the experience is. But not jet!
I liked model on a site - www.simjet.com/service.htm
It is possible to see if to load - " George Delmoral Facet 1200 ", the Airplane is simple in manufacturing.
It is necessary to begin my judgement, that from it. And what you will say?

Hi AlexJet

If you like the Faset...well then go get one . It is a gerat flying airplane. But if it was me I would go for the Faset 2300 and maybe with a Simjet 1200 one it.
The Faset is sold by the US dealer for SimJet. But SimJet in Denmark can get it for you. If you contact SimJet. I am sure that they will do anyting they can to help you.

Hi friends!
I again have a lot of problems!
Problem number 1: I not precisely perceive, in what distinction{*difference*} between???
- TURBINES WITH SIMJET FADEC?
- TURBINES WITH GASPAR FADEC?

Problem number 2: Where it is possible to take a delineation of an airplane - George Delmoral Facet 1200?
The friends, you have convinced me that it is necessary at once to purchase the turbine medium-sized! For example
P120 Or SimJet 2300! The power reserve is always well! Poorly when her{*it*} does not suffice....
I think that for starting this airplane good!?

Problem number 3:
Where it is possible download an engine start-up?

1. Simjet sells their engines with a choice of Simjet ECU manufactured by Simjet, or FADEC ECU that is made by Gaspar. The Gaspar FADEC is a well known ECU.

2. If you plan to have only one engine, it is a good idea to get one in a size that you will be able to use for future airframes. If you plan to stay with smaller airframes, you can do the 700 or 1200. If you plan on going with larger, you can use the 2300 or even the 3000.

The engines are the same, the controller is different.

Alex,

On Simjets with Gaspar's ECU, the operator has more freedom to "play" with the engine's parameters, than with the Simjet ECU.
The Espiell FADEC gives you total control on what you want your engine to do, yet, you are fully "responsible" if something wrong happens due to your control inputs.
