C.G. for Goldberg Ultimate Bipe ARF
"To determine the Center of Gravity, measure back on the fuselage 2 3/8" from the leading edge of the bottom wing. The C.G. range for this aircraft in 1-7/8" to 2-7/8". Ti is recommended that you balance this model upside down."
From my instruction manual.

CG Ultimate arf help!!
Setting Control Surface Travels:
Aileron: Gentle= 10 degrees, Aerobatic = 12 degrees
Elevator: Gentle= 12 degrees, Aerobatic = 14 degrees
Rudder: Gentle= 15 degrees, Aerobatic = 23 degrees
The manual suggest that you start by flying this model with the High rates set at the Gentle settings and low rate set at 75% of the Gentle settings.
Hope this helps,
