RE: None arrival AFP
Send your email to [email protected], our OMP mail is not the most reliable due to spammers trying to sell us everything under the sun. That is why we have these forums!
I will take care of it.

The contact form can accept messages and then deliver them to a "virgin" email address that has never been posted to the web and therefore will gather no spam. Also, if it doesn somehow get onto a spamlist, you can automatically filter out invalid entries by having the script that handles the form automatically include a mandatory filtering keyword in the subject line.
Lots and lots of companies manage to receive and answer their email in a timely manner despite being subjected to the same tsunami of spam that OMP probably gets.
I know that I've had exactly the same problems as you myself -- but there are ways around it.
The email hassle caused some friction between OMP and myself when my AFP order was "overlooked" and my messages went unanswered. Clearly (as shown by this thread) that's not an isolated incident -- if you want a hand to sort the problem let me know, I'll gladly lend a hand.
