Default 15% or 30% Fuel?

Should I use a lower nitro content fuel for breaking in the engine for the first 5/6 tanks before switching to a higher nitro content? Do you have to be more careful breaking an engine with say 30% than 15% fuel?

Thanx

Really, you want to break-in your engine with the fuel you're planning on running with. The key to a safe break-in is in the engine's temperature.

Dont make it into a chemistry puzzle just use a 20% fuel , very standard fuel that well work for your engine needs, RED

im kinda curious about this as well , reputable manufactuers like trinity make fuels with a nitro content up to 35% , if you use a temp. gun can these fuels be used safely (no harm to the engine) , why doesnt everybody use these fuels?

It just wears down your engine faster. If your not racing theres no need to use %30. Just stay with %20 and get more life out of the engine. I use %15 right now for bashing, i'ts cheap and it has plenty of power. I think Im gonna buy some %20-%25 when this gallon is gone.

I have a sirio .12 evo2 engine , not exactly a cheapo ...so ill stick with the 20%(mayby25%lol) , the sleeves and pistons for these things are way to expensive....[:-]
