I was wondering what prop people like for 3D with their DA 100. I am not worried about noise as the 3D prop will only be for freestyle and i have a 3 blader for IMAC.

MenzS 27-10. Turns 6500 RPM. I have also tried the MenzS 28-10, MSC 26-10 and I like the MenzS 27-10 the best.

Chris, when John had his Cap with the DA we tried the NX 27-10 and it was an awesome combo. It would probably work very well on your Extra. Ethan has a Mejzlik 27-10 on his Edge and it also works well.

Thanks guys, I will go with the NX as they are relatively inexpensive and it sounds like people are doing good with them

Chris, the NX 27x10 was insane on my cap, but the Mens 27x10 will work well also, my sukhoi is plenty happy with the mejzlick 28x10.

Hey Chris, I've been using the Menz 27x10 on my Radiocraft and I like it alot! It's light, spools up quick, and flexes enough so it won't be so jumpy hovering & H. rolling. I believe it's beechwood and the NX is either Maple or treated somehow to make it flex less or something. I'm not sure but I think OMP might have a couple of the Menz left if you hurry and they're about the same price. I was looking everywhere for 32X10 Menz for my DA 150 and none to be found anywhere till I stumbled upon this little place in Can. and bought their last 2 PS that Menz isn't very quiet! I took off my cans and man that thing can rip. I even started wearing my earplugs cuz after a day of 3Ding my ears were ringing.[X(] (Too many rock concerts and motorcycles in my youth)

PS I heards Bolly makes a new wood prop similar to Menz!

I used the bolly 28x10 on my DA 100, and liked it a lot.

I use Menz-s 27x10 on my RadioCraft 35% Extra and my RadioCraft 35% Staudacher and they work great. Now only if i could fly like johnvh.LOL
