removing decals??????

i have a p51 mustang i want to remove the decals,i started but i can get theme of

I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!![sm=drowning.gif]

What kind are they? Vinyl?

Usually a little heat from a heat gun or trim iron will soften the glue
