Default wrinkles in H9 ultracote

I just got the H9 cap arf and it has quite a few wrinkles in the covering. I would like to know if it would be better to use an iron or a heat gun to take these out?
Thanks

I use my iron to get the wrinkles out, and the heat gun to tighten things up.

Be careful not to iron the wrinkles in jjoos99.
Kinda creases the covering and never seems to go away. Maybe I used to much heat.

Use your iron on all edges/seams, at high heat (375 degrees- UltraCote starts to melt at 400 degrees). Then go back and "glide" the iron over the wrinkles- they should pull right out. You can use a heat gun, but I've found that judicious use of an iron gives better results. Just glide it over the areas; you're not pressing a pair of pants, here...<G>

I think it is very important to ensure that all edges/seams are sealed BEFORE shrinking out the wrinkles. That's what I'm going to do to mine when I get around to assembling it.
