Default Jersey modeller pumps - where to buy?

Does anybody know where to get one of these pumps?'

I dont need the whole kit just the pump.

I have seen them somewhere but for the life of me cannot recall where.

I bought a Kavan pump and the thing has leaked since day one!

do a search for cole parmer. They were mentioned in a post a while back. This post also gives a link to the site (cole parmer is international and have a UK division).

If not, JetcatUSA sell them (I think) so you could try them or see if Jetcat UK have them.

I just finished building a pump system with this same pump, a 7.2 volt battery pack, $15 for a Radio Shack project box, on-off-on 6 pole switch, and banana plugs and another $15 in tubing and filters and made my own. It works great and didn't have to pay $200 for the Jersey brand can.

Cheers,

yeah thats what I did with mine along time ago.
I used the sig pump, a radio shack box, transmitter pack, 3-way switch, on/off charge jack, a few dubro filters and a brigs and straton tractor filter from Loews.

works perfect.

The whole thing cost about $75 in materials

Rory

If your pump leaks, you should have sent it back

I've sold 200+ and yours is the first I have heard of that leaked...Mine is 3 years old +

If it is duff it would be replaced under warrantee

I have 2 Kavan pumps that I quit using because they leak. Both were less than 4 months old when they started leaking.
