I have the epa set at 125 and only get at most 1/8" of brake arm travel. All of my adjustments are set as tight as possible for the brakes without drag in the nuetral position. Maybe I just need more crunch power, its only a 50oz servo. Any Ideas?

How much will it move if you do it by hand with the radio off? If you unhook the linkage, does the servo go through normal travel?
