It has lights and more switchs please study the diagram, please tell me if its correct. When you fly a switch to on the light should go on saying that there is power for the tool( glow starter, starter, pump)
here it is

if u guys want to make any changes here is the blank version

Cliff,
This way may be simpler. Run a ground wire to each LED and to each unit,( Glow, Starter,Pump), from the battery. Fuse a single positive lead to main switch, in on position it powers it's LED and applies power to other switches, As each switch in line has power to it, as soon as it's turned on it powers it's grounded LED and load.

Cliff:

Just looking at your diagram - it's flawed! Turn any switch ON and you've shorted out the battery.

Give me a minute and I'll sketch up your wiring diagram.

Cliff:

Here is your wiring diagram.
Please note that the switches can be SPST and only red wires go to the switch.
The switches should be able to carry the necessary currents.
The pilot lights are 12v lights.
I assume the 12v GLO goes to a 1.5v glow driver circuit.

Good luck
