RE: RC RAVEN
I recently picked up a set of their hard coated skids and lower braces for an e maxx I built for my nephew and so far they are holding up pretty good. I've never used anything but rockhoundz lowers and hardcore titanium skids on my race trucks, but I figured since this e maxx was just going to be flogged around the house and local chirt pit I'd see how the raven stuff would do. I had to open the countersinks up on the skids to get the screw heads down flush, but I'm sure that due to the thicker than usual hardcoat. Also, the braces were coated with some tool marks still on them, but the price was more than right so I didn't really expect to get show quality looks. I figured as long as they did the job I would be happy, and so far so good in spite of the flogging they have received at the hands of my 11 year old nephew.

I figured they werent the best LOOKING, but they seem to be made right, and the price is awesome. I was considering one of their cages too, it looks tough!

RE: RC RAVEN
RCRaven makes very very nice stuff, I've had their knockoff hubs, skids, cages and springs and I've been VERY pleased with everything I've received from Russ.
