Default T-Maxx Re-build

i have a 99% stock t-maxx 2.5
last weekend i shredded 3 seperate gears, bent the near side rear axel, broke 1 front bulkhead, 2 A-arms & the front skidplate

i am now planning to do a full rebuild of the truck... so far i have these parts to install:
full RPM skidplate set
full RPM A-arm set
ali braces
RB .23 engine

so far i have these parts on my shopping list:
metal gears for the main gearbox (what is available and where is the best place to buy?)
metal front and rear diffs (what is available and where is the best place to buy?)
all 6 stronger driveshafts... what do you think of these ones i found on ebay? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Traxxas-T-Maxx...QQcmdZViewItem
front and rear metal skidplates (what is available and where is the best place to buy?)
front and rear metal bulkheads (what is available and where is the best place to buy?)
3-shoe clutch (i have seen one made by team integy but i dont know if its any good?)

also if there are any other parts you have that you could not live without please tell me about them aswell!!!

thanks again, Alex

rc solution for the roll cage and yes those cvds will work they look like mip if they are get them um other upgrads if you like speed like me you can get a hardcore racing titanium chassis it is a 21 conversion for it as well as titanum skid plates everything else looks good on your list. I dont know about the clutch though I have heard bad things about it

ive seen that roll cage bend ,ike butter a few times befor. i would say jsut run with a body. as for diffs and such, those driveshafts arent a good idea. get MIP cheap off ebay, or UE. get ready for some high prices, this stuff is the ebst you cn buy and will last you a life time. for diffs, most people will say rrp, which can coast as much as these, an are worse.(i would recomend seraching this on ebay befor buying new)
http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/...ore/13540.html
tranny
FOC
http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/...ore/13471.html
or get rrp tranny off ebay.

for skid plates i would get ti.

bulk heads

or
http://www.greatassemblyrc.com/6061_T_6_Bulkheads.cfm
or flm

as for clutch
http://www.greatassemblyrc.com/3_Sho...h_Assembly.cfm

i would also get a screw kit
(secound down)

a cf brake(last)

and some more ti

my t-maxx has every rpm option you can think of right down to the bulkhead braces,i use to run a roll cage but got sick of it bending every time i landed wrong so after i finally broke it i simply don't run one anymore, get a proline body to go with your rpm stuff and you'll be fine, only down side is you'll go through bodies, mine take a pounding working on my 4thy body with a 5th in the works.

My new cage does bend on heavy impacts, but its easy to fix and it protects the truck well.

Does everybody agree that the ACNCM bulkheads are the best ones to go for or maybe the integy version?

or even these combo ones? http://www.fastlanemachine.com/Publi...6/Default.aspx

and are there any alternatives to getting ali ones? i can just imagine them bending and that sounds exxpensive!

Alex
