Default Help with TwinAir 45.

Back in the spring I bought a Twin-air 45 and I am going to use 2 Siato 56 for power. I saw North East Areo add and it recomend 70's 4-stroks for power. Has any one flown the Twin-air with Siato 56? Any help would be great.

Default RE: Help with TwinAir 45.

I run my twin-air with the saito 56 engines. Plenty of power. Flys well on one engine. Dont know what you would do with any more power. Since you have to move the firewall back to mount the 4 stroke be sure to plan for more fuel tank room. This plane is easy to build and a very good flyer. Engine out is no sweat. I have had a few engine outs and sometimes I couldn't easily tell which one quit.
