Dear sirs

i like to thank you for your time read my post and for any help\

im mailing you from greece...so first of all sorry for my bad english

so ,,,,here i go....once up on a time ...my F-15 skymaster came to my hands....

and since then i never use the weels and brakes came with it!!

now i need them..so i got them out and went to test them!
unused!!!!!..........well the test didnt even start

i pout the tube to the niple of the brakes and ....the niple came out from the alouminium base of it

it was glued on and threads in the aluminium base distroed

i dont want to say anythink about skymaster

i just want to make my brakes work!!!!

so i sent you foto also the good side and next...on the tire the niple and base that goes


well here i need u and you wistom......SOLDER IT???EPOXY IT???BIGER NIPLE?? WHAT U SAY?

You may try a bit of JB weld to hold the nipple in place after it is installed. (pressed in) That will also seal the nipple. You can see I did a similar thing on a robart air valve(red one) except I used BVM Aeropoxy here but JB weld will work also. Just a small filet around the base of the nipple/housing is all that is required.

quality control is a problem in China for all manufacturers. If you battle to repair it I suggest you send Anton Lin the picture you have shown here on RCU with a short explanation - and I am positive he will send you a new one.

I GOT IT DONE!!!..I JUST GOT BORED GIVING AWAY ALL THE TIME MONEY

OPENED BIGER HOLE WITH BIGER NIPLE
NEW THREAT AND ALSO STEEL EPOXY ITS NOW BOMBPROF XAXAXA

THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME EVERYBODY

George, just make sure you do the same to the other side. If you bored it out and are using a bigger fitting, then that brake will be getting more volume then the stock one, and the plane might grab and pull to one side. Just a thought.
