Giant scale planes 54" Zero
I was wondering what you guys think about putting a thunder tiger 91 4 stroke engine in this small of a plane.

I already have the plane and have a couple spare 91 4 strokers laying around.
I think it wil be too much weight and too much power, but a friend of mine think sit wil be OK..
What do ya think??/

I think at 6 pounds, the 91 4 stroke would be a good option. A .46 2 stroke will fly it, but not very well, and a 50 size 4 stroke would probably really struggle.

RE: Giant scale planes 54" Zero
I was hoping it would work, that way I dont have to buy another engine.
I was worried because a friend of mine had the Kyosho SU 31 Sukhoi and has a saito 91 in it and it was way overpowered and the wing loading was high due to the extra weight, and it was supposed to have a 40 size 2 stroker in it.
I havent compared the wing loadings of the two different planes yet, but want to do some research and compare them.
Thanks for your input.
