what would be a good chassis (set) Savage Low CG Racing Chassis Set???? or what 4 light and durable

Check out the carbon fiber plates from HPI or Hot Bodies.

jsut be careful with the CF if your bashing. this weekend i smacked a curb WOT and bent the chassis where the front suspension and everythign was shifted over to the right an inch.

You can also try the titanium plates from New Era. I installed one of their basher style cages on an LST last week, and the fit and finish was perfect.
