Default SA Edge 540

Just thought I'd post a few pics of my Edge. Got this kit at NEAT Fair last Sept and have been really enjoying it so far. 50" span, 32oz's, Hacker A30-16m, CC35, JRDS281's........simply awesome. IMAC or 3D, it'll do it all, with the right pair of thumbs on the sticks.

Here's a vid I took of my buddy's Edge that he also picked up at NEAT Fair.

Cheers,
Dave

Nice plane! I was thinking of building one of those. How hard of a build was it? Ive never built a kit before so im wonderign if a rookie builder could handle it.

Thanks,

davejfred23..............the laser cutting and engineering in SA's kit's is just amazing. I've built three of Bill's kits now and with each I felt kinda like I was cheating. These planes go together extremely easily and it'd be tough to build one crooked. There is a HUGE thread on this plane here http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=394700 It's an incredibly long thread but, there is a ton of info. For a first time kit, I'd highly recommend it. If you have any Q's, I'd be happy to answer if I can.

Cheers,
Dave
