Default tank repair

Is it possible to hot glue a crack in the plastic fuel tank?

I don't think hot glue would work too well. There is some other stuff that has been mentioned on these forums that willl work, someone will mention it.

I've heard that shoe goo, is that right, will work. I've also heard that you can use a soldering iron to seal cracks. Never tried either of those but I have tried super glue which is a waste of time.

do what i do, rough up the area with sand paper use rough grit, do a good job and dont be afraid to get to much, get 3/4 inches on all sides of the crack and put on a good layer of jb weld, thats done wonders for me, 3 or so cracks on my tank and its still working with that fix.
