I suggest you just get some new rims if you bake em fumes come out, acetone also fumey, I say just avoid the whole mess and buy a new sett for less than $15.

Wow RC fanatic maybe some of us would like to SAVE money instead of just throwing it down the drain. One of the best ways to do it is just throw your wheels in a bucket of acetone, let it sit over night and the tire will peel off of the rim, but you should put a top on the buket

Just want to double the precaution about the fumes, whether from baking or the acetone. Especially if animals and/or children are in the picture. Please be careful.

Yah its a good idea to put a cover on the jug, secure it on, and if you live in a place where there are alot of kids, put it in a spot where they cant get it. I dont have to worry about kids because none live around me, but think about it, and yuoll be fine.

well its $15 and anyways this way you'll have two sets of rim+ tires. Besides any money spent on R/C is never thrown down the drain!
