Aeromacchi MB326 1:4 Scale
A buddy of mine is scratch building a 1:4 MB326. He plans to do a fully molded model and may in future offer a kit. Question is: will a 26lb turbine be up to the job of powering this model?

Hey Nev
You know with all these power shortages we have to run everywhere. Good for the legs.
Peggy? Don't get those down here, maybe we're too far from source? May have to put 2 x 12kgs in there to get performance. Hoping to have prototype ready by September for our annual trip to Outies.

Ross
26lbs will not be enough. My 1:5 MB 339 is 50lbs wet and it needs a minimum of 30lbs thrust, 36lbs is better. Unless you can make yours very light.
