Default ccpm mixing problems

I got my t-rex and i have completely built it and set it up. The problem im haveing is getting the ccpm mixing right. I have a JR XP6102. It has an option 120* mixing but it doesnt work right. I have plugged the servos in the right place too following both the radios instructions and t-rex instructions (they match). When i use the 120* option on my radio, not only does the controls move wrong, but my servos which are zeroed out move all funky when the sticks are centered. I have checked all the trims and i cant figure out the problem.

thats a great link and it is going to be useful but it doesnt help with the problem at hand. I have the mixing in the JR set to 120* swashplate but it just doesnt work. Has anyone else set up a cde trex on a JR 6102?
