richen the HSN. or if you dont want to touch the HSN adjust the idle screw on the carb, the idle screw is behind the carb facing awat from the gas tank. play with that till it brings your idle down to a comfortable level, usually when the tires spin off the ground and not on the ground the clutch is touching the cb and can heat it up.

yeah i took off my cb and there was a grove in the inside that looks like it came from the clutch also could it be if my spur was too tight or too loose?

I have my trim set so the linkage is pushing the throttle control on the carb all the way in. That way it won't shut off when I hit the breaks.

The reason it is shutting off when you hit the brakes is because you clutch is grabbing. When ever this happens to me i find that the clutch springs have slipped off the nut in the middle and are pushing the shoes into the bell. I finally put a bend in each one of my mugen springs and they havent slipped of yet.
